Information Age Technologies is a custom software development organization who specialize in the creation of state-of-the-art solutions for the aging network, including in‑home care providers, senior community centers, and area agencies on aging.

 

Founded in 1998 and operating out of Mount Pleasant, PA, the company focuses on helping its clients manage data collection, reporting, delivery tracking and service coordination for senior care and aging services programs.

 

With a robust team and niche focus, Information Age Technologies differentiates itself by combining software, domain expertise, and hands on support to make tools that help organizations streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks.

Christine

As one of IAT’s founders, Christine has been a cornerstone of the organization since 1998. She plays a key role in strategic decisions and helps create the collaborative, supportive atmosphere that defines IAT’s culture. She is deeply committed to mentoring junior colleagues and ensuring achievements are recognized. Alongside her leadership strengths, Christine is also a highly skilled software developer.

James joined IAT in February 2008 while completing his junior year at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. During his nearly 20 years with IAT, he has held a wide range of roles, including Software Support, Custom Software Development, and Product Development. He currently leads the development team and oversees the ongoing evolution of IAT’s full suite of products.

Anthony

Anthony joined IAT in 2008 during his senior year at Saint Vincent College.  He is a team leader who has been a pillar at IAT for nearly two decades.  While being involved in all facets of IAT, his primary focus is working with Area Agencies on Aging and in-home providers to ensure they have the tools necessary to help serve our senior community.

Ben

Ben joined IAT in 2010 and is closely involved in sales, customer satisfaction, and leading the software support team. He partners with clients and staff to deliver a positive experience from initial engagement through ongoing support, building long-term relationships and helping organizations maximize the value of IAT’s technology.

Borna

Borna joined IAT in 2014 and is part of the software development team, focusing on web and mobile application development. He works closely with his teammates to build reliable, user-focused applications. He values IAT’s culture—an exceptional group of passionate, supportive people who genuinely care about each other and their work.

Michael

Michael joined IAT in 2021 as a member of the Software Support team. While he supports clients across the nation, he specializes in West Virginia, leveraging his expertise to address client needs. Michael is passionate about building meaningful relationships, understanding each client’s challenges, and delivering personalized, high-quality support.

Lauren has been with IAT since 2022 after graduating from Saint Vincent College. She is part of IAT’s support, marketing, and development teams, where she contributes to a variety of projects. Lauren enjoys attending the PASC Conference yearly and seeing firsthand the positive impact Copilot has on centers and the communities they serve.

Jake joined IAT in 2024 after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh and works in software support and development. He supports senior centers across the aging network by troubleshooting and ensuring their technology runs smoothly. Jake enjoys that this work supports aging programs in local communities while addressing real technology challenges nationwide.

Evan joined IAT in 2024 after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh. As part of the Support and Development teams, he helps maintain reliable technology for senior centers and providers across the senior services sector. Evan enjoys solving complex problems for clients and contributing to software development that improves day-to-day operations.

Abby joined IAT in November 2025 as a member of the Support Team. She enjoys helping others and takes pride in seeing how Copilot makes a meaningful difference in centers and throughout the community. Abby is eager to continue learning, growing in her role, and taking on new challenges along the way.

At Information Age Technologies, Inc., we provide personalized, responsive support every step of the way for organizations using our aging services software. Our dedicated team answers calls directly—no automated menus—and is available to help with software setup, reporting, or any technical assistance you need. We make it easy for senior community centers, in‑home care providers, and Area Agencies on Aging to get the help they need, when they need it.
