How long has IAT been delivering technology solutions?
Incorporated in April of 1998, IAT has been developing creative software solutions
for our customers for 13 years.
What programming languages does the IAT development team employ?
Because most of our solutions are developed for the Microsoft .net platform, C#
and VB.net are our most predominant languages. However, we still have many quality
iSeries RPG applications to our credit and retain the capability to serve this need
as well. In reality, we don't consider the development language particularly significant.
It is a means to an end and our focus is meeting the customer's business objectives.

With which database technologies does IAT prefer?
Although the lion's share of our solutions utilize the Microsoft SQL server database
platform, we have employed a variety of databases over the years, ranging form the
iSeries DB2 platform to Microsoft Access and Fox Pro. Again, we consider database
to be just another tool employed to achieve customer business objectives.

How long has IAT been working with public sector organizations?
Westmoreland Country Government was one of our first clients. We did a considerable
amount of Y2K work for them, developed their first web-site, and even wrote a robust
pension tracking system for them.

When did IAT begin working with Area Agencies on Aging?
In 2002, our relationship with Westmoreland Country government led to an opportunity
to begin working with the Westmoreland Country Area Agency on Aging. Initially,
we provided basic computer use instruction but soon became heavily involved in Westmoreland's
SAMS implementation. We played a key role in the implementation and
administration because, at that time, SAMS was hosted locally on Westmoreland's
server. Ever since 2002, we've been providing day to day support for SAMS.

When did IAT begin supporting other AAA's?
In 2004, through our Westmoreland affiliation, we established a relationship with
SWPAAA and have been providing daily support ever since. Over the years, we've added
Allegheny, Cambria, Somerset, and Berks. Of course, our Copilot product
has enabled us to work with numerous other PA agencies as well.
